[Runes]

            Runes are items that act as general abilities that are available to all players as long as they meet the stat requirement. Players may have up to three runes equipped at a given time.

Step into one shadow and out of another. Shadows must be within sight of user and at least the same size as user. Max of 20 feet (4 squares).

All hostile targets within the AoE will turn towards the rune user, ignoring any of the caster’s allies for 1 round unless the target is attacked. Counts as a major action, usable once per encounter.
If used outside combat, target(s) will become immediately hostile towards the caster ignoring their surroundings.

Whisper a message that only a distant target can hear. Target must be in sight and within 30 feet (6 squares).
